Responsibilities: Multi channel master control director, ingest
server operator
Achievements: Operated and monitored
live feeds of up to 4 channels simultaneously in primetime programming
including major sports events and other live productions. Append to automation
list next day’s programming, commercials and promotions for air, verify against
traffic log and edit as needed. Communicate with server ingest operators,
traffic personnel, promotions managers, on and off site engineers and network
technicians to troubleshoot any foreseeable or current error in transmission
quality. Monitored and recorded transmitter and tower light readings (AXESS
Statmon). Proficient working with Harris automation BOC suite (Harris Air
client, Andrews Earth satellite receiver, Leitch Logomotion, GVG Saturn
switcher, Federal Emergency Alert System).
Promoted to Interim Assistant Chief Operator (7/2007).
Responsible for reporting to Chief Operator/Chief Engineer FCC and FAA data
regarding Emergency Alert System tests and transmissions, tower light status
and transmitter level discrepancies.
Operated multiple satellite receivers to record
syndicated programming directly to disk. Prepared commercials, promotions and
syndicated multiple segment programs for later playback according to traffic

system (compile survey information; design multilayered montage utilizing video
images).

correspondence. Maintain DBASE files for all facets of program including:
budget; master list of contacts for production and distribution; surveys;
